The prices of the Goods and Services references shall be the price listed in Eight Tone’s quotation current at the date of acceptance of the Customer’s order or such other price as may be agreed in email, writing or any form of electronic messages sent by Eight Tones and the Customer.

any factor beyond the control of the Eight Tones (including, without
limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation,

specifications for the Goods and services which are requested by You, or any
