Eight Tones reserves the right, by giving written notice at any time before delivery, to increase the price of goods or services to reflect any increase in cost to Eight Tones due to factors beyond its control including, without limitation, currency regulation, changes in duties, increases in labour or materials costs, changes in delivery dates, change of specifications requested by You, or delays caused by inadequate information provided by You.
Except as otherwise stated in a quotation or agreed schedule, all prices are exclusive of packaging, transport and any applicable taxes or levies, which You shall additionally bear.
