Eight Tones Music International Pte. Ltd. is a privately owned Singapore company. The business is self funded through sales of instruments, accessories, classes and related services. From time to time we may feature sponsorships, collaborations or affiliate relationships. Where applicable, sponsored or paid content will be clearly disclosed.
3. Actionable Feedback Policy
Feedback may be submitted via our contact channels published on this website. We aim to respond within three to five working days where a response is required. For projects and services, revision limits are governed by the applicable service agreement or order terms.
4. Corrections Policy
If an error is identified in our published information, we will seek to correct it within a reasonable timeframe, typically within three working days. Where appropriate we may add a note to indicate that a correction has been made. Corrections that fall outside agreed revision scopes for paid work may be chargeable according to the relevant service agreement.
